- Why lemon and baking soda?

Baking soda: a natural deodorant and cleanser, baking soda exfoliates the skin, soothes itching, neutralizes foot odor and balances foot acidity.

-How to prepare your foot soak Ingredients:

1/2 cup of baking soda

Juice of 1 large lemon

Eau chaude

Bassine pied

-Instructions :

Fill the pool: pour hot water into the pool of foot, enough to cover your ankles.

Add baking soda: stir in baking soda until dissolved

Lemon Squeeze: Add lemon juice (and slices, if desired) for coolness and oils.

Mix well: stir carefully with hands or a spoon.
