-How to prepare your foot soak Ingredients:
1/2 cup of baking soda
Juice of 1 large lemon
Eau chaude

-Instructions :
Fill the pool: pour hot water into the pool of foot, enough to cover your ankles.
Add baking soda: stir in baking soda until dissolved
